See the following advice from Ms. Tsui and do as she says.
If you have disabled your MyEd account or if you are having trouble logging in, please try the following three options in this order:
1. User ID – student number, Password “Byng$2017”
2. Use the “I forgot my password” function found on the login screen (this is an immediate password reset)
3. Send an email to email@example.com to have your password reset (this may take several days; do not send an email to Ms Tsui until you have tried the above two options). Be sure to include your name and student number.
Please note: for grade 8 students, if this is your first time logging in, please do so from a desktop computer and not a mobile device.
