Maybe writing about my lack of motivation is motivation enough to get me moving. After I posted this morning about my lack of exercise lately, I got my butt in gear and went and Shredded (Jillian Michaels’ “30 Day Shred”). Felt great! It was also encouraging that it didn’t feel overly difficult considering I hadn’t done that particular workout in over a month.
Tonight we had Teriyaki Wild Sockeye Salmon again. (Recipe here.)
We served it on a bed of lightly sauteed bean sprouts, with sides of steamed broccoli and brown rice. It was yummy. 🙂
Then it was time for another epic battle of Big 2!

Sadly, that was the only shining moment in a night of spectacularly bad hands for me. Len was the big winner! 🙂
Well, I’m gonna state here and now that I will be going for a run tomorrow. There, I’ve said it, it’s out there, I’m gonna have to make it happen. Maybe I’ve just found a new method of motivation for myself! Goodnight!
