So I did manage to go for a run. A slow 6km around my neighborhood. It felt really good. I felt pretty strong throughout and squeaked in a short sprint near the end. It was raining a bit so I rocked my new Nike Dri-Fit hat. Love it!
Had a totally random but very tasty lunch afterwards:
It was some sort of enchilada/burrito concoction.
Black beans, corn, steamed broccoli (that’s the random part but it needed using up), and avocado rolled up in a whole wheat tortilla with salsa and grated cheddar on top. Popped into the microwave for a couple minutes, and lunch was served. And it was tasty! The broccoli worked surprisingly well.
